4. Prohibited Activities

All rights not expressly granted to you in these Terms are reserved by Dullintegrity. Any unauthorized use of the services or its contents will terminate the permission or license granted by Dullintegrity.

6. User-Generated Content

Our services may allow users to submit, post, or transmit content, including but not limited to comments, feedback, and other materials ("User-Generated Content"). By submitting User-Generated Content, you grant Dullintegrity a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content throughout the world in any media.

You represent and warrant that you own or control all rights to the User-Generated Content you submit and that the User-Generated Content is accurate, not confidential, and not in violation of any contractual restrictions or other third-party rights. Dullintegrity takes no responsibility and assumes no liability for any User-Generated Content submitted by you or any other user of the services.

We reserve the right to remove or edit any User-Generated Content for any reason, including but not limited to violations of these Terms, or if we believe that such content is objectionable or infringes on any party's intellectual property rights.

7. Payment Terms

Access to certain features of our services may require payment of fees. You agree to pay all fees and charges associated with your use of the services in accordance with the billing terms in effect at the time of your purchase. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in these Terms.

We reserve the right to change our fees and billing methods at any time. If we change our fees, we will provide you with notice of such changes. Your continued use of the services after the effective date of the fee change constitutes your acceptance of the new fees.

In the event of a payment dispute, you must notify us in writing within thirty (30) days of the disputed charge. Failure to notify us within this timeframe will result in your waiver of any claims related to the disputed charge.

Any new features or tools that are added to the current services shall also be subject to these Terms. Continued use of the services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Dullintegrity, its affiliates, directors, employees, agents, or licensors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

Your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the services;
Any conduct or content of any third party on the services;
Any content obtained from the services; and
Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

In no event shall Dullintegrity's total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing the services during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the services will immediately cease.

All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

Upon termination, you must cease all use of the services and destroy any copies of the materials obtained from the services in your possession. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the services.
